Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Psychology
Sharon Daniels has been a practicing psychologist for over 42 years with experience in all facets of clinical, cross-cultural, medico-legal assessment and reporting, counselling, organisational consultancy, and military psychology. She has a broad range of clinical skills, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Sharon joined the Royal Australian Navy Reserve as a military psychologist in 1984, after completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree at the University of Queensland in 1978. Sharon has been in private practice for the past 33 years. She offers face-to-face consults from her rooms in Cairns, and telehealth consults Australia-wide.
