Emma is a warm and compassionate therapist, who demonstrates authentic care and a deep understanding of her clients' needs. With almost 30 years’ experience as a Clinical Psychologist, Emma has a long history in the public sector in both London and Sydney, before moving to private practice approximately 15 years ago. Emma has been working with ADF members for the past 12 months and is honoured to be supporting the individuals’ who have contributed to Australia’s military, at whatever level or duration.
Emma is skilled in a wide range of therapeutic approaches. Her extensive expertise allows her to tailor therapy to an individual's unique circumstances, offering both short-term solutions and long-term support. In particular, Emma has considerable experience in treating anxiety and mood disorders, adjustment disorders, life or career dissatisfaction, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and traumatic life events. Emma offers face-to-face consults in her Surry Hills rooms as well as Telehealth sessions.
