Kate is a motivated Psychologist who has a collaborative approach to the way she works with individuals to develop, make change and reach their potential. Kate has 15 years experience in the Australian Defence Force as a uniformed member in both the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) and Australian Regular Army (ARA). Kate has served on a number of exercises and deployments including to the Middle East Area of Operations.

Kate has an interest in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness practices. She has experience with a variety of presentations including complex trauma, depression, anxiety and adjustment disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, alcohol and substance use and anger management concerns.

Kate offers Australia-wide telehealth consults to ex-serving military members. She is unable to work with currently serving members at this time.
