Supervision Terms

Provider

Veterans Psychology (“Provider”) acts as a coordination and facilitation service for supervision bookings between registered clinicians and supervising practitioners.  By requesting or booking supervision services, the clinician (“Client”) agrees to these terms.

Service Scope

The Provider facilitates supervision bookings, scheduling, and administration. Clinical supervision is delivered by appropriately qualified supervising clinicians engaged through or coordinated by the Provider.  The Provider is not responsible for clinical decision-making, therapeutic outcomes, or professional registration obligations of the Client.

 

Fees

  • Supervision fee: $265 AUD + GST per 50-90 minute supervision session (FY2025–2026)

  • Fees apply per scheduled supervision session

  • Fees change on1 July each year

Payment Terms

  • The Client will receive an invoice via email following a completed supervision session

  • Payment is due immediately upon invoice issuance

  • By submitting a booking request, the Client agrees to these terms and authorises invoicing for the session

  • Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of future bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 2 full business days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Cancellations or changes within this period will incur the full session fee

  • No-shows will incur the full session fee

  • Late arrival does not extend session time and the full fee remains payable

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • attending sessions on time and adequately prepared

  • ensuring supervision is used appropriately in line with their professional obligations

  • maintaining their own registration, insurance, competency, and clinical responsibilities

Telehealth Requirements

Where supervision is conducted via telehealth, the Client is responsible for ensuring their own:

  • private and confidential environment

  • stable internet connection

  • suitable device with audio and video capability

The Provider is not responsible for technical issues arising from the Client’s equipment, connectivity, or environment.

 

Records

The Provider may retain administrative records including booking details, session notes, and billing information in accordance with legal and operational requirements.

 

Complaints

All complaints or concerns should be directed to: admin@veteranspsychology.com

Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, booking, attending, or paying for supervision services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
